Filming the characters of the victim and witness in the dark giggling to themselves went well in addition it got dark quicker than expected. Although this was a slight fault when uploading to my computer, the picture was noisy and slightly unclear, yet it created a good effect when brightened on the programme that I used. The atmosphere of the clip is eerie and uneven but not too uneven that its difficult to see.
This video is a sample video expressing the snatch of the girl as well as showing the lighting.
Through searching for music, I found that it was not so easy to find the perfect piece. I researched into several recent films such as 'Insidious', 'Exorcist' and 'Unstoppable', and to my disappointment, they didn't fit and were not in sync with the clips. But in the half term, I researched some films of which I have watched and that I enjoy, to my surprise I found a soft yet dramatic song that really did flow with my clips. The movie that I chose was Lara Croft: Tomb Raider. Even though the film may not seem a thriller and a harsh bloodshed film, the music that is used is better than you think and can really help build the tension to improve the movie in some parts.Effects that I used for my opening sequence only included fade ins and outs, I experimented with the brightness and contrast levels to improve the look of the two characters walking home.
